By submitting artwork to be reproduced on a cup, you are agreeing that you are the owner or have been granted rights to use the artwork. You agree to not hold Double Cup Foams, LLC liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims against you.
We have the right to deny any order for any reason. If submitted artwork is determined to infringe on a copyright or trademark, you will be asked to submit new artwork. If new artwork is not provided, your payment will be refunded and your order canceled.
